He drives safely, we never felt in danger, always on time, drove us to beautiful places outside our programme, was very helpful when arriving at hotels, to get permits, to be in the right places and on time to start safaris or animal trekking.
We really appreciated how he handled a car issue we had in the middle of our trip in a responsible and safe way.
He has good contacts in many lodges and touristic places. One day as we were disappointed as we could not see the climbing lions during a safari, he managed to know by his contacts where we could see them and brought us to see 3 lions on a tree.

That was a very good idea. Anthony, our driver drove us safely 1800km through Uganda. We started in Kampala then to Queen Elisabeth NP, further to Murchison Falls NP and Mount Elgon NP and finally back to Kampala. Anthony turned out to be not only a good driver but also a very good guide and organizer. He organized accommodation for us at the various destinations, he was always friendly and responded to our wishes. Priceless such a good guide! The contact with the company / Phiona was quick and easy. It was a pleasure for us to be able to experience the pearl of Africa in this way. Our budget wasn't very big, but despite that it worked very well. Gladly again!

We traveled to the western part of Uganda for a trip totaling 8 days (crater lakes near Fort Portal - Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - Lake Bunyonyi). Uganda is a beautiful country and we enjoyed having the ability to enjoy the scenery during our drives between locations without having to worry about focusing on the driving. Our driver, Anthony, was very kind, accommodating, and an excellent driver. He always had our best interests in mind wanting to keep us safe and helping us explore all aspects of Ugandan culture. It was nice being able to stop in any place that caught our attention along the drive, never feeling rushed or under pressure. The car itself was kept in excellent condition and was very comfortable. Anthony was always on time and professional. We really enjoyed getting to spend these 8 days with him and appreciate everything he did to make our trip such an incredible experience 🙂
